Logistics & Pricing for Non-Profit Orgs — 2026
Hello! Thank you for partnering with me to bring a special event of music, stories, or participative learning to your community. My goal is to make your event meaningful and memorable for your people, and to make things as easy as possible for you as the host.
This page outlines pricing details for engagements with Brody Bond for non-profit orgs. The info here is for my regular concerts (60-90 min) and songwriting workshops (2-3 hours), but I am also available for custom speaking, workshops, and performance engagements.
The vision
What you get in all engagements:
A sound system (if I’m driving to your venue). You won’t need to rent gear or hire a sound engineer.
Workshop materials for participants. You don’t have to do any prep work.
A promotional graphics package for email marketing, social posts, or posters.
All attendees get a FREE digital version of my latest album.
What you provide:
A space to play and/or teach.
Event promotion.
Hospitality and lodging (if your venue is more than a 100-mile drive from zip code 21204).
The investment
Workshop AND Concert Fee (2 programs): $475/program
This is for 2 events that are on the same day in the same location, so we’re only setting up equipment one time.
Concert OR Workshop Fee (1 program): $650
“Volume purchase” discounts
If your organization has multiple locations and would like to do host multiple events, discounts are available for you.
3 or more engagement dates on one contract: 10% discount
5 or more: 15% discount

If all of your venues are within 100 miles of zip code 21204, then engagements on the same contract can be spaced out over a year.
If your venues are over 100 miles of zip code 21204, then we will likely have to schedule each engagement on consecutive days.
Example: A library system farther than 100 miles from 21204 books 3 events in 3 consecutive days: A songwriting workshop at location A ($650), a workshop+concert at location B ($950), and a workshop+concert at location C ($950). The sub-total is $2550. The discount (10%) is $255. GRAND TOTAL: $2295, which is $459/program.
The paperwork
Deposits, Payments, and Reservations:
Reserving a date for your event is a BIG DEAL. First, because you’re doing something cool for your community. It also means that your date is one that I can’t book with other clients, nor use as a travel day to other venues.
Your date is reserved when you return a signed contract with deposit. Deposits are refundable if you cancel before 90 days of your event. Payment is due in full by the day of the event, even if you cancel within 90 days. Late cancellations make it very hard to find another client for that date that you canceled. I accept payment by credit card, Venmo, Apple Pay, and check. Payments can be made here »
(Yes, my contracts have force majeur clauses. And if I cancel, you get all your money back if we can’t reschedule.)
Merchandise Note: For orgs that don’t allow guests to purchase merch (t-shirts, posters, artwork), there’s an additional $50 fee per program.
Contracts
I can provide you with my standard contract, or we can use your organization’s contract. If we’re using yours, let’s please connect on some of terms to be included. The main thing is cancellation terms.
